As a senior fellow and senior consultant, my focus is primarily dedicated to assisting AGB\'s member boards of trustees, institution and foundation presidents, and board professionals to become more consequential by advancing excellence in governance, conducting board assessments, providing executive coaching, offering advice and counsel on institutional strategies, sharing knowledge on effective trusteeship, and enhancing professional development. In addition, I offer expert thought-partnership in the areas of succession planning, organizational excellence, and student success. With the assistance of exceptional AGB SMEs and institution-member board professionals, co-led the creation and implementation of AGB\'s exclusive Board Professional Certificate Program (TM) which is the only certificate program of its kind in higher education.
