With over two decades of experience in admissions, staff development, and nonprofit management, I currently contribute to Perseus House as the Director of Compliance and Admissions. My mission is to support behavioral health initiatives, aligning with the organization’s commitment to community-centered service. Passionate about fostering collaboration, I bring diverse perspectives to drive impactful strategies for residential and community-based services. At Perseus House, I lead efforts to assess candidates for treatment programs and represent the organization in statewide initiatives. In parallel, I serve as a Master Trainer at Education and Treatment Alternatives, promoting the evidence-based practice Aggression Replacement Training.
