President of SilverBox Institute, LLC. SilverBox began as SilverBox Seminars in 2013 providing content for companies to help train employees. We have expanded and grown over the years and in April 2021, we launched a leadership program and changed our name to SilverBox Institute. Our goal is to help our clients make permanent changes and grow both personally and professionally. SilverBox has a partnership with several companies and associations such as the National Association for Women in Communication. We offer courses in business communication, leadership, diversity, and entrepreneurial skills. At the core of our work is the belief that training needs to be about making neural connections and not simply throwing out lots of information. We aren\'t the ones making the headlines, but our students certainly are! As a corporate consultant I have helped companies ranging from GM to Cengage to the Runfola Group complete corporate training projects. Before founding SilverBox in 2013, I created elearning modules for companies and colleges/institutions that have passed accreditation, set record retention rates, and consistently scored highly among student/user satisfaction. In addition, I am a prolific writer with more than 25 scripts, 40+ ghost-written books, and numerous speeches, website content, and elearning modules to my credit. Yes, I do own ThreeSocks Media, LLC, a company that is now overseen by my daughter, who is an award-winning documentary maker.
