My role now is to help support the council in the development of all staff, including Management and Leadership training, on boarding and designing and running technical and soft skills training.Prior to this role I have had over 20 years\' experience in the recruitment industry, where I was passionate about helping individuals to reach their potential and to build successful teams within a great working environment and have in the past helped aspiring and proven recruitment professionals to unlock a world of exciting career opportunities who want to provide a first class service to Clients and Candidates and become true life partners. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion at work, and my previous roles have covered implementing L&D programmes at all levels from Associate to Director, attracting new recruitment consultants from all ways of life and supporting the Directors in delivering tailor made training for those in leadership roles.
