Driven by results and the goal of understanding the business needs of donors and partners to provide ROI opportunities that benefit the collective relationships and related outcomes. Successfully focused on meeting immediate community needs, and at the same time looking to the future to fill gaps in housing services. Forward thinking and planning for future needs resulted in deliberately vetted and next steps taken to ensure long term diversified projects, and new and greater funding sources and in-kind donations. HIGHLIGHTS: • Developed and executed a strategic plan that resulted in increasing the funding from in 2005 annually to over $15 million in 2023 – resulting in increasing our impact from 10 homes annually to over 600 homes annually - during which we experienced one of the greatest rescissions of our time. Serving longtime homeowners who are low-income live in their homes with safety, security and dignity by providing free home repairs, filling the gaps in housing resources and by providing emergency critical and accessibility modifications to our community\'s most vulnerable citizens. • Provided critical, emergency home repairs for over 5,300 families, providing life-changing repairs and accessibility modifications and revitalized over 110 neighborhoods with an investment of over $25 million. • Intentional and thoughtful bringing together an inspiring collaborative community network, which has increased and built the diversity of projects from a one day a year program to the implementation of providing over a dozen year-round programs which now serve to revitalize neighborhoods, employ dozens of local contractors and provide critical home repairs. Continually taking initiative to initiate and build new partnerships and alliances within our community has us to collectively address the serious gaps in services that impact not only housing, but also access to other health, economic inclusion, recreation, and social services.
