With over 30 years of experience in banking, investments, mortgage lending, and professional development, I’m passionate about helping people grow and succeed. I believe investing in people builds stronger teams, better leadership, and lasting impact.I currently serve as Talent Development Lead for Cornerstone Home Lending’s National Retail Division, where I focus on education, coaching, and developing talent across the organization.
