Partnered with the Head of the Business (SMF6) and their Exco as a trusted senior advisor to drive policy, influence strategy, anticipate regulatory risks and bridge regulatory expectations with commercial ambitions.Designed and implemented a Reasonable Steps Framework to enable the SMF 6 to discharge their regulatory obligations under the UK Senior Manager & Certification Regime, navigating a complex matrix environment to deliver effective systems and controls, governance, MI and escalation protocols.Developed and implemented robust compliance frameworks to enhance risk management, governance and regulatory engagement across the business, particularly in relation to conduct, conflicts of interest and information control.Partnered with the business to design, execute and manage the conduct and culture approach in CIB Coverage globally, delivering meaningful Conduct MI dashboards evidenced through governance, running global scenario-based conduct training programmes and demonstrably improving the speak up culture across the business.Directed regulatory change initiatives, including in relation to Brexit, navigating complex booking models and delivering an effective Target Operating Model which complied with ECB expectations.Designed and implemented an internal investigations framework, including in relation to leak reviews and potential misconduct issues.
