Throughout my extensive legal career my primary focus has been litigation management. I have been responsible for retaining outside counsel and negotiating fee arrangements, as well as playing a key role in department budgeting and financial reporting. Sonic Automotive is very customer centric and uses cutting-edge technology and data driven processes to improve the car buying experience. Applying these strategies and objectives to the management of litigation I have improved the collection of litigation data, streamlined processes and established procedures for handling litigation related tasks such as e- discovery.
