Go to for challenges that face an organization.Currently the Manager of an IT PMO team for The Williams Companies, an energy infrastructure company. In this role I lead the company’s project management efforts for all projects developed for the Operational Excellence organization. Challenges include developing a successful delivery process to enable the business to be successful. Our projects tend to be enterprise in focus providing companywide value.Prior to joining The Williams Companies, I worked for the Bank of Oklahoma as the Director of the IT Project Management Office. This was a great opportunity as I was able to develop an end to end project delivery process, implement a PPM & Resource Management System while managing all the IT Project Managers. In addition, when necessary, I stepped into personally lead key critical projects such as an enterprise disaster recovery test of 180 Tier 1/2 applications on a single weekend.During my tenure with WorldCom/MCI/Verizon, I had the opportunity to lead several interesting and varied teams. I was moved from area to area as opportunities were revealed where I could bring my skills to provide value and leadership. Teams included Project Management, Release Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Process Development and Business Analysis.
