ABOUT LYNNDSAY

Lynndsay O\'Neill is a Certified Planner (AICP) from the American Institute of Certified Planners and a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) by the Association of State Floodplain Managers, with over eight years of professional planning experience. Lynndsay is currently a Project Manager at the Flood Control District of Maricopa County. In her early career Lynndsay found a passion for project management, process improvement, and public service. Lynndsay was elected and served on the American Planning Association\'s Arizona Chapter Board of Directors for three terms. She also participated and volunteered on the Annual State Planning Conference Committee for the last seven years. Lynndsay served in many roles on the APA AZ\'s Board of Directors. In Lynndsay\'s first two terms on the Board she served as a Director at Large where she created and facilitated the APA AZ Mentorship Program, chaired the chapter\'s Awards committee, and managed all chapter social accounts. In Lynndsay\'s last term she served as Treasurer, Program Director of the 2023 State Planning Conference, and continued to oversee the chapter\'s social networks.
