Much like my own narrative, our process for helping clients at Core Growth Consulting embark on their journey towards success & peace in their lives begins with completing the Harrison Assessment. Using this fundamental tool, we are able to identify positive attributes and skillsets, while additionally targeting areas that may be derailing an individual’s growth. This serves as a launching point for the coaching relationship where we continuously celebrate your successes and cultivate strategies to help you get unstuck. Our clients at Core Growth Consulting are what we like to call “heart-based high achievers,” meaning that they have an inherent motivation to reach the level of self-awareness that allows them to learn how to best lead themselves before they can lead others. And because there is no uniform set of traits and characteristics that define each individual client, there is no “one-size-fits-all” concept to our coaching program. Our approach - while highly structured and intentional in its most basic form - is designed to be adapted to meet the client’s needs, taking into account where they are and where they hope to end up. Additionally, Core Growth Consulting also works closely with leadership teams and organizations to teach valuable techniques for leveraging individual talent in order to increase communication and promote a culture of overall growth and acceptance.
