   The LCP Group, L.P. is a 45-year-old commercial real estate investment management firm with more than $850 million in assets under management with an aggregate value of more than $5 billion.I was recruited to develop and execute the global marketing strategy, overhaul the 45-year-old brand, and build an operational center of excellence to bring HNW investors from discovery to subscription agreement. Conducted major rebrand including standing up a new.com site to capture and convert sales pipeline. Scaled up to 20 countries across Europe, MENA, SE Asia, South America, South Africa, and the U.S. Primary focus was on lead generation and customer acquisition marketing initiatives including building a content library, digital transformation, integrated PR/media strategy, inbound and outbound sales, global events, and strategic partnerships. Heavy focus on digital transformation including SEO, SEM, display, retargeting, PPC, blog, email, social, mobile, and establishing KPIs, analytics, and reporting.
