Mad River Associates is a buy-side M&A advisory firm. We specialize in sourcing non-auction deals for our clients in the lower middle market. Mad River Associates has been in business for almost 20 years and has closed over 100 deals. Our success is partly due to our proprietary search software which helps us locate companies that are not listed for sale, but are actually willing to negotiate a deal. In my role at Mad River, I have led searches in a wide variety of industries including software, medical, chemical and consumer goods. I thoroughly enjoy calling owners of companies to learn about their strategies and then finding a fit with one of our client\'s investment theses.
