I am Head of Client Solutions at Thermo Fisher Scientific within PPD Evidera Patient Centered Research. My experience in “patient voice” began before it was an industry priority during the original Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) legislative campaign and continues to this day.Having worked for nearly a decade in patient insights research, I have spent the last four years in solution design and consultative selling.
