I\'ve been a licensed Realtor since 1991 serving the entire Miami Valley. I believe in treating everyone with honesty, fairness, and with the utmost integrity to all of my clients and co-workers. I enjoy working with all kinds of buyers and sellers. Whether it be first time buyers or sellers selling their first home. Or seasoned buyers or sellers looking to move into their last home, condo, investment property, or vacation home. I am licensed in the State of Ohio and can help re-locate any person out of State to another State and do what we call a \"referral\". These referral\'s work very well with other realtors out of State because that Realtor will specialize in your needs right away before you ever get to your location. They can start sending you properties, information on everything located around that area, information on the schools, statistics on the population, etc. You can obtain a lot of that on the internet today, but why spend your time and efforts doing what someone else can do for you and have it specialized just for you. Plus, the referred realtor will be more likely to stay on top of your needs knowing that I will be checking upon them on a regular basis.
