LTIP is the highest recognition you can receive with Atria Senior Living. The metrics consist of achieving high customer, resident satisfaction and growing NOI for a consecutive three year period. I truly enjoy helping seniors live a better life! I started my senior living career with Marriott Senior Living twenty years ago as a Sales Director at the Horizon Club. The community specialized in 228 independent and 60 assisted living units located in South Florida. I accepted a great opportunity to transfer with Marriott, I accepted a Sales Director position located in Chevy Chase Maryland at Friendship Heights. The community specialized in 90 units of assisted and memory care. After a successful eighteen months at Friendship Heights, I requested to transfer to the New England area with Marriott Senior Living.
