The diverse employee audience is made up of the utility companies NYSEG, Rochester Gas and Electric, Connecticut Natural Gas, Central Maine Power, Berkshire Gas and United Utilities, and also includes approximately 1200 onshore wind and solar farms employees in 24 states as well as offshore wind farm headquarters staff in Boston, MA. Supporting communications across all corporate-wide programs using Airtable to track and maintain a tightly organized calendar for hundreds of communication tactics, in coordination with Avangrid’s media relations and social media teams.• Dedicated business partner for IT, corporate security, purchasing, compliance, human resources, payroll and environmental health and safety. Uses Microsoft Teams to collaborate with each group and guide the planning development and approval of communication tactics across all internal communications channels throughout the calendar year. Serves as dedicated business partner for onshore renewables and Central Maine Power, supporting the KPI for internal communications to provide quarterly on-site communications support and at executive meetings at onshore renewables headquarters in Portland, Oregon, and for Central Maine Power, in Augusta, ME. • Leads the content development for the company’s digital screen program for the company’s largest locations, using VISIX to program screen content centrally. Leads the audit process for existing digital screens and is leading the rollout of the program to more offices in NY, CT, MA and Maine in 2024, working closely with general services and IT.• Works closely with IT on the transition from SAP to Liferay of the website that provides the basis for Avangrid’s weekly employee newsletter.• Supports oversight and implementation of budget spend of $2 million of the Corporate Communication\'s budget for internal and media relations using SAP and Ariba.
