Hi, I’m Lynn I help organisations handle mental health and neurodiversity conversations with confidence and clear boundaries.Over the past decade, I’ve trained managers, leaders and teams to respond safely and appropriately when someone says: “I’m not okay.”Since the pandemic, everyone has been saying: “People are opening up about mental health and neurodiversity… now what?”Managers and educators often worry about:• saying the wrong thing.• overstepping boundaries.• handling confidentiality correctly.• balancing empathy with performance.So conversations are avoided or delayed. They need managers and educators who know how to respond.People who can:• listen without fixing.• set appropriate boundaries.• understand safeguarding, legal duties and risk.That’s what my work focuses on.I’m an Inclusion & Engagement Consultant, Mental Health First Aid Instructor and accredited Psychological Safety facilitator.
