Highlights as a Major Event Consultant: Project Director, The iLUKA Collective, Deloitte Paris 2024 Olympic Hospitality Programme at Maison Deloitte, Paris, France EMC Main Operations Centre Manager including MOC set up, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, team development and operational integration at Expo2023, Doha, Qatar (on behalf of 4Global) Led the initial concept development for a Last Mile delivery plan for Expo2020, Dubai, UAE (Trivandi) Developed Security Training for Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games across all venues in 2013. I successfully developed a framework, full training plan and analysis on the best delivery model to very extremely tight timescales Wrote and won a bid to develop the Spectator Services Strategy, on behalf of EPG, for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games in 2011. I also implemented and delivered the strategy Developed and delivered Venue Security Manager Training as part of the Deloitte Readiness Programme for the London 2012 Olympic Games. And, conducted operational readiness reviews of spectator transport for football venues to identify gaps and corrective action Initiated new planning processes to enhance integration, communication and efficiencies of London 2012 Olympic Park Overlay team.

A dynamic, people-centric, purpose led Senior Consultant with a successful 20+ year track record of planning, executing and delivering complex, multi-million-pound, multi-functional infrastructure projects and developing high performance teams on the international stage. Core projects delivered: Olympic Games(x5), Commonwealth Games (x3) European Games, Special Olympic World Games & Host County Operations for a Football World Cup. Sport is something close to my heart. Championed by my Father, I was a child athlete with a dream of being an Olympian. A back injury followed by his passing at just 16, halted my dreams. It provided me with a new perspective and attitude – live life with purpose and fulfil your potential. My career began in the oil industry with Shell then moved into economic development. After the successful completion of a project to attract major events to the region which generated over £33m into the local economy, I went on to work internationally upon securing a role with the Sydney Olympic & Paralympic Games. My thought was, well if you can’t compete in the Olympics, I’ll work there instead. Five Olympic Games later, I was a Major Event Specialist with extensive experience of leading high-profile, long-term projects undergoing extensive change. The focus was on delivering a technically excellent event, economic regeneration, long-term sustainability and legacy creation, both in the UK and internationally. My major strength is leading, motivating and facilitating transformation of individuals and teams to achieve extraordinary results. Inspired by the excellence on the sporting field and driven by my passion to help others succeed, I went on a journey of self-discovery to find out more about human potential. Supported by the best in the field, I educated myself in metaphysics, psychology, neuroscience and trained in Coaching, NLP, EFT and Hypnotherapy. In addition to working on major change and transformation programmes, I coach top executives seeking to take their performance to the next level.
