ABOUT LYNN MCMAHON

Lynn McMahon is a versatile leader with deep digital, media and high-tech industry expertise and 30+ years of experience helping clients assess multi-faceted business problems and achieve growth and strong margin accretion. She guides senior executives on business and operational strategies, finance transformation, digital innovation and technology planning for cloud, analytics, mobile, social media, emerging technology, and security. She advises clients on key capital investment decisions, business line assessments, divestitures, merger targets, synergies achievement, and future business and operating models. As the Managing Director of Accenture’s New York Metro Office Lynn drove the business strategy for a $3B portfolio of more than 250 clients and led a team of 7500 professionals in Accenture’s largest office. Under her leadership, Accenture’s M&E Industry Group has sustained 25%+ year-over-year growth. Lynn has directed talent strategy, executive compensation, succession planning, management development and all aspects of human performance. Lynn was the COO of Accenture’s CMT Operating Group for NA. She led all operations of a multi-billion dollar operating unit where she drove sales and revenue growth and–through a deliberate pricing strategy and cost to serve initiative–increased contribution margin. Lynn had oversight responsibility for all complex deals, including contract negotiations, risk mitigation and sensitive legal situations. Lynn’s work with Boards of Directors crosses multiple capabilities including strategic planning, finance, succession planning, marketing, public affairs and digital transformation. She is Vice Chairman of the New Jersey Ballet and a member of the Board at the National World War II Memorial, where she is leading the effort to create a more digital, virtual experience. She served on the Executive Steering Committee for Women in Tech NY (WiTNY), a partnership with Cornell Tech and CUNY to foster growth in women completing computer science degrees NYC. Lynn sets herself apart as the founder and executive sponsor of the Women’s Leadership Forum, a vehicle for women driving change within the technology ecosystem to learn and develop business together.
