ABOUT LYNN KEHOE
I started Shift Up Now in 2014. The business is now run by an Uber-talented team of women leased by Pippa Mann and Shea Holbrook. As one of the few female racers, I recognized many similarities between my professional career (in mostly male dominated fields) and hobby of auto racing. My goal for Shift Up Now: use motorsports to show girls and women how to develop courage and confidence so they will succeed in achieving their own personal and professional goals. Prior to my foray into motorsports, I had a successful career spanning three decades in financial services, real estate investing, business development and consulting. Throughout my career, I have been active in leading training seminars and speaking at industry conferences and events. I have been a mentor to numerous co-workers and have a deeply instilled value toward helping others achieve their goals.
