Product Owner responsible for gathering requirements and prioritizing development and integration needs for MD Revolution\'s Care Management Platform- Lead effort to enrich homegrown Care Management software to meet the needs of our internal clinical team as well as SAAS customers. Prioritizing efforts to allow for quick development as market needs change and new product offerings become available, while still adding features to the core platform- Focus on creating more opportunities for patient engagement with the development of RevUp Care, an iOS and Android app created as a companion to care management services. Also available are a web application, and quick one way communication forms available to send through text/email to allow for more participation amongst patients- Main point of contact for EHR integrations and new account onboarding processes in which responsibilities include: completing security documentation as required by new accounts, working with integration engineers to keep integrations standard and scalable, making sure technical setup is complete before care delivery starts- Gatekeeper of process: monitoring operations and workflows to keep processes lean, first line of technical support for internal and SAAS users, ensure billing and task assignment are on a repeatable monthly cadence, and constantly looking for automation where necessary to improve overall efficiency within our own team and in working with our customers.
