   Regionally manage a portfolio of 10 manufactured home communities (2,800 lots) in Michigan (7), Arizona (2) and New Mexico (1). Portfolio comprised of A, B and C class communities. Work directly with President, CFO, and Operations and Sales Director’s regarding operation and sales/marketing endeavors including refinancing, and cap ex projects. Work daily with managers and maintenance staff including approving vendor invoices, residency applications, refurb budgets and sales agreements. Lead managers, maintenance and carpentry staff on used home refurbishment plans for community owned homes. Responsible for the ordering and installation of new homes resulting in significant occupancy increases portfolio wide. To date I have ordered and managed the installation of 400+ homes for my portfolio. Travel to communities on a regular basis to perform inspections of communities and assist the Community Manager and staff with problem resolution including resident issues and relations, staffing issues, delinquency management, refurb management, vacancies, acquiring homes, etc. Assist attorneys on all legal matters involving residents and the community matters. Compile and manage annual community budgets with the goal of NOI compliance.
