Her goals are to- promote courage - challenge conventional wisdom- seek out opportunities that others may think are too risky to attempt- leverage up-to-the-minute insights and feedback from local, national, global and diverse audiences - identify both opportunities and threats - look ahead for the next trend or issue that might impact Canada’s resource sectors - seek out new and creative ways to break through the noise with our story of why Canadian resources matter and the value they provide to Canadians and the world- promote and protect the reputation of Canada’s natural resources - motivate and empower Canadians to engage in the conversation - advance our mission with traditional and social media - actively engage with Canadians, resource workers, communities, investors, media and other stakeholders to effectively manage the brand of our resource sectorsLynn has a strong bias towards action and solutions-based design thinking. She is a motivating team member whose contagious enthusiasm and authenticity propels engagement and achievement.
