ABOUT LYNN ENDRES

I was fortunate to grow up working and learning the restaurant trade, my father owned several restaurants in our home town. We did full service dining to catering, from an early age I developed a strong sense of work ethics and responsibilities.My second love,is the love of animals. I worked my way up from front desk to Veterinary Practice Manager. I had a thirst for knowledge and like a sponge, I soaked up everything I could learn and accomplish without being a Veterinarian. I managed the budget, marketing, branding, staff, I also created policies and procedures, made sure they were carried out. I enjoyed that every day was different, I could be learning about new product form a Sales Representative, to assisting the Dr. in surgery. Those 16 years, brought more of my managing skills together.I have always been managing businesses and maintaining properties, so after a life change I moved into RV Resort management. This is another passion, I get to play \"Julie the cruise director\" and maintain the property. Win/Win. I worked for one of the largest RV Resort private owners, and had the opportunity to act as a Regional Manager by being sent to non performing resorts. I have the ability to travel and enjoy doing so, that is a valuable asset to assist on a moments notice.I have been a LCAM now for 8 years, I have Condominium/Co-Op and HOA experience. I have been in a high rises and on properties with 1248 doors. Big or small, laid out or tall I can manage it all! I enjoy being involved in projects from the beginning and seeing it through. I like to have fun at work, create a positive environment for all. My office is my second home!I also have a love for the Florida landscape. I love Landscape design, I focus on curb appeal and common areas by using a combination of Florida fauna and annuals. Next goal to obtain a position where I am valued, where I can thrive in a positive work environment.
