Lead talent management function for the UNC System. Responsible for executive searches for the UNC System. Work closely with senior leaders, Boards of Trustees, and UNC System President on chancellor and C-suite searches-Created and launched first ever UNC Executive Leadership Institute to build a pipeline of high potential next generation senior leaders. Partnered with university executive education teams on the design and delivery of the program. After a successful pilot and strong results, the program in moving into its second cohort-Lead Talent Acquisition Network for the UNC System. Share best practices and expertise across the 17 campuses. Collaborate to strengthen the UNC System employment brand to raise the visibility in the labor market and attract the best talent for all positions-Lead HR COVID response team. Develop return to onsite work guidance following CDC and NCDHHS guidance. Develop and communicate heath and safety update to inform HR, leaders, faculty and staff on safety and policy matters.
