ABOUT LYNN COLE

From the beginning of my career I have demonstrated the ability to see the forest for the trees. My personality traits give me the knack for planning and managing project teams. My personal integrity and respect for others, make people want to be on my teams. Starting as a Software Engineer provided me the experiences in all phases of the software development lifecycle. High level design was the area during development that I enjoyed the most. This background helps me be a successful Project Manager because I understand the work to be done from both discipline and solution. Couple that with traditional PM best practices, and you have a solid Leader for your Projects. I excel at complicated efforts requiring collaboration across infrastructure, engineering, security, applications and data. New technologies, requiring teamwork, new processes and training.
