Responsibilities have included AR and AP management, Joint Interest Billing, Fixed Asset Management, Investor Relations, Audit Management, Tax Planning and Preparation, Mergers and Acquisition Team Leadership as well as P&L responsibility for a $250M hardware distributor and $40M oil and gas equipment manufacturer.As an industry leader, I possess professional and wholesale experience along with a working knowledge of business strategy, including strategic planning, team building, account development, finance, audit, tax and insurance negotiation. In addition, I have significant experience in tax, budgeting and forecasting, mergers and acquisitions and wholesale operations.
