Works as Compliance Specialist for Therapy and Diagnostics division. Oversees compliance of all employees prior to working and monitors credentials are all current and updated on regular basis. For Therapy division, mainly in charge with on boarding new hires and renewals as well as housing, travel/transportation, live scan appointments, setting up employees in various affiliated clinics for health clearances. Collect valid and current credentials of field employees and update database system ensuring employees are compliant to work as required by respective clients both in school and medical settings. Process E-VERIFY to identify all field employees\' work eligibility and process background requests for work clearance. Gather all time sheets and enter in timely manner for payroll purposes. Recently gearing up to be a well rounded Recruiter by searching, gathering, screening and reviewing resumes from various resources online for current positions. In charge with posting job advertisements to company and various sites or search engines as well as distributing leads to recruiters as needed. Performing other duties as assigned to by the President and CEO of the company as deemed possible in maintaining the company\'s high standard in recruitment and overall operations.
