Senior Program Manager with more than 25 years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial environments. Lead all facets of a program from cradle to grave. Team includes Communications, Security, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Integrated Logistical Support (ILS) efforts for full life cycle programs.    I manage mature key developmental and strategic programs that have a major impact on L 3\'s business goals and financial objectives. Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned pursuits and programs from inception through completion. I manage all ILS disciplines at CS-W, which include Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM), Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Engineering, Return Material, Technical Writing, Training, Modification Management, Configuration Management/Data management (CM/DM) and Depot Support Groups. This includes customer negotiations, scheduling, budgets, manpower forecasting, personnel work assignments, personnel issues and training.
