About Lynn Adrian
My career is a roadmap in following passions. It started with the exciting world of development and launch of retail advertising campaigns, moved into an amazing role in multicultural marketing and advertising initiatives which all involved client/agency relationship management with a short stint in sponsorship marketing. Then stepped into the wonderful world of branding where a deep understanding of brand strategy, standards development, brand education, and governance flourished. Now that passion for governance has led to a role in policy management. Each of these steps has made me into a more inspirational leader with excellent communications, problem-solving and organizational skills; consensus builder able to effectively manage relationships in fluid environments and across a multitude of diverse teams.
