I am honored to have been nominated by the Governor and confirmed by the Oregon Senate to be one of 15 members of the inaugural board at Southern Oregon University. The board chair has appointed me to the Executive Committee, the Finance and Audit Committee and the University Board Secretary Search Committee. I also chaired the Search Committee for a new University President.The Board elected me vice-chair for the 20••••18 year, chair for the 20••••19 year, and, more recently, re-elected me chair for the 20••••20 year.
