The ZERO TO THREE Leadership Development Institute includes the ZERO TO THREE Fellowship Program and the Academy of ZERO TO THREE Fellows. Selected core responsibilities include:Work in collaboration with senior leadership to establish strategic vision, mission, goals, and priorities for the Fellowship and the Academy of ZERO TO THREE Fellows.Lead fellowship outreach/recruitment; fellows\' application review and selection process; curriculum design; and implementation/evaluation of the 18-month fellowship experience.Provide individualized coaching to each fellow in support of their leadership in advancing systems change within their professional context.Work in collaboration with the fellowship alumni network - Academy of ZERO TO THREE Fellows to leverage expertise, influence, and resources to the mutual benefit of the alumni network, the organization, and the infant/early childhood field. Work across ZTT program and policy areas to ensure integration of leadership development priorities throughout the organization.
