Scrum Master for 3 Scrum teams utilzing SAFe framework. This project, based out of the U.S, is comprised of ~20 Scrum teams. Each of the 3 Scrum teams I am responsible for are implementing various components of a large mortgage and loan application including, application modules; Power BI reports and embedded dashboards; QA Automation and Automation Support for the other teams.\\\\n-Created a comprehensive onboarding Teams Wiki for internal client processes and role specific information. A one-stop shop for all project members and client.\\\\n-Participate in improving processes aligning with the Release Train and Scrum Masters\\\\n-Team development and communication to ensure teams are cross functional and working together\\\\n-Managing and facilitating communiations amongst internal team members and the Release Train\\\\n-Provide coaching and mentoring\\\\n-Managing roster and working closely wtih staffing to backfill and to fill open postiions\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
