   Conduct monthly independent quality assurance reviews of Enterprise Testing –Testing and Validation (T&V) post-close engagements reports. Provide credible challenge on T&V’s completed work for all phases of the review. Perform assessment on the team’s execution against Enterprise Standards, Corporate Policies and Regulatory Requirements. Assess effectiveness of control testing by evaluating scope of testing controls relative to Major Requirements and Issue Validations; assignment of control design and performance ratings; execution of test; root cause analysis of potential findings and documentary evidence supporting control testing results. • Establish monthly meetings with Enterprise Managers, Testers and Leaders to discuss observations, focus areas of improvements and recommendations to enhance testing results. Generate quarterly report to Senior Leadership team and executive reports summarizing the overall effectiveness and procedural adherence of the MRE engagements. • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Consumer Small Business Team in providing special Quality Assurance reviews for high priority projects. • Represent team in mapping business processes to derive system specifications for new testing system. Developed story boards and executed User Acceptance Testing to validate system is operating in accordance with business functionality. • Provide management support on all audit meeting, requests, and responses.
