Event Services: focused on our clients, operations and logistics• Diverse in Operations: high level catered events and full property buyouts• Hire qualified candidates, train and set a high-end standard of quality service • Liaison to Front of House and Bar Teams • Create new Specialty cocktail menus, based upon creativity, seasonality and teamwork• Adept to conduct communication and operation needs within all departments on property• Fire Department Fire Marshall needs for venue/outlet spaces and inspections• Alcohol Beverage Control Permits for all catering events • POS requisitions/transfers/ inventory on Eatec• POS input/updates on Infogenesis • Adobe programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign• Maintain SOP standard within the department and as a whole property• Collaborate with the member events team to help manage and operate events for internal clients.• Oversee all event operations including both private and member events.• Manage all food and beverage service as it relates to events/banquets.• Responsible for continuity and consistency between member and private event operations• Manage client contracts when needed.• Assist in planning large, property wide events.• Manage in-house staffing levels including scheduling of line staff.• Oversee management and procurement of inventory event items, including but not limited to beverages and dry goods.• Coordinate events effectively with culinary and food and beverage teams.• Ensure budgetary goals set and achieved for the department.• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. • Ensure staffing levels and training are maintained.• Attend weekly BEO meetings• Create flow of service & training packets• Create clear guidelines for staff & work as a team with other managers and directors.
