At AOSSM, I am responsible for overseeing the scientific activities and implementing the research components of the society\'s strategic plan. That includes supporting a diverse agenda of grants programs and funded initiatives. I also work with the AOSSM Research Committee to identify emerging opportunities, financial resources and mentor groups to further AOSSM-led research endeavors. Finally, I will also be focused on expanding and building new partnerships to create and disseminate clinical guidelines relevant to sports or other injuries and facilitate access to the outcomes of this evidence-based research to guide patient care.
