ABOUT LYNETTE ANDERSON

Internationally focused Global HR Operations and Payroll Manager with over 20 years experience in the field with 10 of those in leadership. I am an individual who takes full accountability in heading up their function and being the face of an organisations full payroll offering. In my current and previous roles I have partnered closely with stakeholders across various Business units and with external vendors to identify areas for improvement. Together we have succeeded in improving efficiency by implementing best practices and a global framework while ensuring regulatory compliance and also grasping the opportunity to build excellent cross-functional relationships across the many Regions we cover. The responsibility I have been granted in my last two roles was to completely transform the payroll offering that currently existed and ensuring that we were highlighting our successes through our analytical reporting and proven data results.I am a pragmatic leader with a sustained record of success with my teams. I have an extensive background in managing complex global payroll initiatives to meet challenging objectives and I am well versed in payroll legislation across the globe. I possess a strong collaborative approach and strive to deliver excellent customer and team support therefore I am fully agile in her working day to ensure that all her remote stakeholders and teams feel equally as supported as the local teams.I have vast experience in all areas of Payroll and HR Operations including migrations and transitions, implementations, compliance assurance and internal and external audits at a Global level.I am a leader who is not afraid to transform and radicalise to get the best results for her team by listening to the voice of her team. I love seeing others succeed and like to encourage agility and creativity as we see the face of payroll changing Globally and embracing the change that will come post Covid 19
