   As the Director of Major Gifts at People Working Cooperatively (PWC), I lead efforts to secure critical funding that supports our mission of providing essential home repairs, energy conservation, and accessibility modifications for low-income, disabled, and elderly homeowners. With over 49 years of service, PWC helps vulnerable residents remain safe, independent, and healthy in their homes.In this role, I develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, building relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners. I work closely with our team of 110+ skilled professionals and 3,500+ volunteers to ensure we can deliver more than services annually to individuals across southwestern Ohio, northern Kentucky, and southeast Indiana. Our impact reaches nearly people each year, with an emphasis on helping those facing challenges due to illness, disability, or job loss.By focusing on securing major gifts, I contribute directly to PWC’s ability to continue its legacy of community support, making a tangible difference in the lives of families who need it most.
