I am a Talent Business Partner experienced in working within large global manufacturing environments. I am an Associate Member of CIPD and coupled with past experience managing an HR Administration function allows me to successfully support people, their development, along with ensuring successful business compliance.Previously, an Administration Manager with 17 years experience with a multinational FMCG retailer. I operated within the fields of Administration, HR Administration, Sales Operations and Supply Chain. This has given me extensive experience supporting operational colleagues fulfil customer expectations. Through innovative relationships with colleagues I have developed extensive experience in KPI target setting, stock management and improving business efficiencies.Job satisfaction for me comes from working with people who challenge the status quo and endeavour to improve culture.
