Organization is my passion, People Operations and Talent Management are in my bones, Collaboration (while not my middle name, could be), Change is hard but not if Managed correctly, Employee Engagement = a solid foundation, I am an enthusiastic Corporate Culture repairwomen, DEIJ advocate and require\'er, Talent Acquisition was my first love, Technical Support was thrown in by necessity but turns out I am conversationally fluent, AND I strive to continuously learn about, and educate on, all the other thousands of nuanced things needed to successfully partner with humans! I am also a classically trained pianist, who appreciates the fine art of lip syncing to many music genres, always (mostly unintentionally) embarrassing my tweens, applauding anything that is efficient and I a legit salad bar.
