ABOUT LYNDSEY SCOTT

I am a commercially focused Senior HR Leader with over 20 years’ of HR experience at both strategic and operational levels across multiple locations, with experience gained within the Manufacturing, Logistics and Telecommunications industries. So what are my credentials? • I have a pragmatic and approachable style and a proven ability to improve work environments through my instinctive style for interacting with customers. • I have a natural aptitude for interacting with customers at both a strategic and operational level and taking a lead role in ensuring that HR KPIs and business objectives are achieved and add value to an organisation. • I am recognised as an influential leader who can manage stakeholder expectations; quickly establish a strong working relationship and not afraid to have difficult conversations when a situation requires it. • I am able to challenge the status quo and encourage a wider diversity of thinking and ways of working. • I work in collaboration with the business and provide support and add value through the production of management reports and statistical analysis. • Previous experience working across SMEs and multi-site operations, including management of the Trade Union relationship.
