Proud Grimsby Girl doing her part for the town. I feel passionate about holding our elected members to account in the Town I love. Working hard to stop gross over development of our green spaces. A lover of the outdoors and all North East Lincs has to offer, and fighting to keep it. All views are my own.Recently elected as a ward Councillor, independent of any political party, fighting for people and the town we love, Grimsby. Hard work just got harder! In my day job I am a passionate Service Director working across a range of Housing Related services as well as CQC registered services across the North and Midlands area. Vast experience in mental health support as well as housing. Level 5 qualified in Health and Social care and working towards my MBA in Management/ Accredited management qualification. Experienced and skilled in the TUPE transfer in of, and development of new services across the Health and Social care sector. I have a passion for delivering excellent outcome focused and person centred services.Experience of developing services into excellent and well performing services with attention to detail in all areas. Enjoy working in challenging situations and working as part of a team to achieve outstanding service delivery. Advocate of person centred reviews, and supporting people to live their best lives.
