ABOUT LYNDSAY SKEHAN

10+ years experience working within an Agile project environment; in a variety of roles from SME (Subject Matter Expert), through the ranks as a Business Analyst and now part of both Product and BA Leadership team on a Global scale, as well as the business\' ePLT (Extended Product LT). I love to do better; constantly learn more, get the best from my team, improve our processes, drive our goals forward, proactively seek efficiencies and optimisations and enhance our customer\'s experience. I have led integrations to offer new and innovative payment methods resulting in £1m+ operational cost savings, reducing fraud rates to <0.01% and achieving exception conversion levels. I always try to seek the opportunity to be efficient so have implemented new processes and practices to increase the velocity at which I can deliver the required analysis. I am fortunate to have covered a wealth of different initiatives types, feeding into my experience and knowledge relating to commercial operations, payment method optimisations and processing, invoicing and regulatory projects, pricing, loyalty and subscriptions, groceries and more. Alongside understanding our business opportunities and problem spaces, I have 10+ years of Line Management, currently looking after a team which includes Junior - Senior BAs. I pride myself on being a supportive, encouraging champion of my team members and love to see them improve and help them exceed their professional goals.
