I’m a senior project manager and product lead, combining product work with my deep background in instructional design and L&D.I’ve spent over a decade as an instructional designer, program manager, and learning strategist. I’ve built competency frameworks, managed complex learning programs, worked with stakeholders who had different priorities, and designed curriculum and learning journeys for diverse learners, from community college students to corporate technical teams. I am passionate about applying human-centered principles in my work to understand real problems and solve the right ones with effective learning solutions. I’ve taught at the secondary and higher education levels, designed learning programs, led projects, written proposals, and managed product initiatives. While my background is varied, all of my work connects through one core belief: learning strategy should support what learners really need and drive business impact.
