I take care of everything from start to finish for my customer so your experience with us is a worry free one. After I get an initial consultation of your shipping needs, I will give you a highly competitive quote based on your particular requirements. If you accept our quote I will advertise the load for transport, to choosing a reputable carrier at a competitive rate. I will Oversee transit and delivery and will perform proper accounting and record keeping. We subscribe to powerful marketing organizations designed to attract carriers who can get the shipment responsibly to its destination. We do background checks on all of our carriers. We check their DOT Authority, safety ratings, insurance verification and quality performance. When a load is picked I will call you and let you know and will do the same when it is delivered. The only thing that my customer has to do is let me know exactly what we will be shipping and where it will pick up and be delivering too. I will be able to find the proper specs myself. If it is something I can not find specs on I will need the proper dimensions and weight from my customer. I will need my customer to fill out a shipping order form and customer payment agreement and send back to me and then I will handle the rest and keep you informed through the process so you know when the load is going to be picked up and delivered.
