   Responsible for program management quality, including client relations, financial management, subcontract management, compliance, and procurement of HIV/AIDS, malaria, and family planning/reproductive health commodities for the Global Health Supply Chain-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) projects in Tanzania, Bangladesh, Benin, Togo, Niger, and West Africa Regional Office with annual budgets totaling $90m. • Supervises a team of U.S. and Tanzania-based staff. • Collaborates with internal cross-departmental teams and external stakeholders to problem solve high value and time sensitive issues related to the procurement and delivery of lifesaving commodities. • Led the work plan and corporate activity-based budgeting/reforecasting process for the non-field office portfolio, as well as the development of multiple country-level work plan development and budgets. • Supervises the execution and reporting on complex, funding stream-specific budgets for the above countries, with a key success of 99% budget expenditure in FY22. • Conducted a series of trainings for the non-field office portfolio on finance and budgeting structures, processes, and expectations, and built the capacity of three managers to enable them to assume primary budgeter responsibilities. • Serves as the primary point of contact for USAID Washington and USAID country offices, including leading regular meetings with USAID focal points. • Provides new hire orientation for all incoming staff on headquarters and project procurement based on the FAR, AIDAR, ADS, and internal policies and procedures.
