I\'ve benefitted from extensive leadership training in LEAN, Gallup, Studer, Disney, Conflict Resolution & Communication, and more. I\'ve been able to apply these methodologies to my various roles in clinical nursing operations and the healthcare setting. On a personal note, I love my family, my faith and my wonderful friendships. and now that I think about it, I DO love taking long walks on the beach!
