I am an accomplished IT leader with over 19 years experience in Project Management. I am able to bridge the gap between productivity issues and identify technological solutions that meet company objectives. I leverage my experience and knowledge as an active business partner with all my customer base. I have worked on very large projects that included over 800 locations for a company making over $1 Billion a year in revenue which resulted in savings per month. D&M is the Buyer\'s advocate. We pride ourselves in the ability to customize the services and the support we provide to facilitate each individual Customer needs. Our focus is consistency with peak performance and service from the carrier at all times meeting your business requirements. Colleagues know me as a highly passionate leader who can always deliver the solution with utmost attention to details. I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to accept “no” as an answer from the carriers. I always enjoy my work and have been told that I’m truly passionate about my job and always eager to learn more. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite state of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As the project is delivered on time and without issues it is very rewarding to not only meet my client’s expectations but to go beyond them.
