Sub areas include Renewables, Distributed Energy, Coal Fired, Gas Fired, Retrofit, Hydro, Substations and Transmission Lines. Experience with Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC), Owner\'s Engineer (OE), and Engineering only (E) types of projects. For 12 years, served as the section leader for the Geotechnical and Civil/Site specialty engineering group within the Ann Arbor office. Responsible for all aspects of this specialty group\'s performance including project execution, technical advising, staffing, recruiting and performance management. Technical specialties include geotechnical and sitework construction supervision, subsurface investigations, deep foundation designs (drilled piers, augered cast-in-place piles, drilled soil displacement piles, driven piles), stormwater analysis and design, site development, and site finishing.
